# SGNL Desk

> SGNL Desk is cloud internet radio station software and hosting for independent stations and small teams.

## Product truths

- SGNL combines media, playlists, weekly scheduling, AutoDJ, external live-source monitoring, analytics, public station pages, players and listener delivery.
- Live presenters connect with compatible external software or hardware such as BUTT or Mixxx. SGNL does not currently provide a browser microphone studio.
- When an external live source disconnects, the station returns to AutoDJ.
- Music, performance and broadcast licensing is not included. The operator remains responsible for required licences.
- Compatible AI assistants can inspect and prepare work through SGNL's authenticated server MCP. Consequential changes remain subject to the authenticated user's role and confirmation.
- Public Stripe Checkout is currently in test mode. Live customer charging has not been enabled.

- Starter: US$10/month; 1 station; 10 GB media; 500 simultaneous listeners; 20,000 listener hours/month; 3 team members.
- Growth: US$20/month; up to 3 stations; 50 GB media; 2,500 simultaneous listeners; 100,000 listener hours/month; 5 team members; custom domains; priority support.
- Network: tailored capacity, larger teams, migration planning and dedicated onboarding.
- Eligible first-time Starter and Growth owners can receive one 14-day card-required trial and cancel before the displayed end date to avoid the first charge.
