01

More than a stream server.

Basic hosting gives you somewhere to send audio. SGNL gives you the operating layer around it: a media library, playlists, weekly scheduling, AutoDJ, live-source monitoring, team access, analytics, public station pages and players.

You can prepare a station from any modern browser. Listeners receive a public stream while the operational controls remain inside your protected workspace.

  • Managed MP3 and AAC listener delivery
  • Public station page, direct links and embeddable player
  • Workspace-level storage and audience allowances
  • Status, readiness and fallback monitoring
02

Stay on air between live shows.

Upload music, interviews, station IDs and other approved audio, then organise it into programming. AutoDJ keeps the station moving when nobody is live.

When a presenter connects through external broadcast software or hardware, SGNL monitors the handover. When that source disconnects, the station returns to AutoDJ automatically.

  • Works with external tools such as BUTT and Mixxx
  • Visible now-playing and upcoming programming
  • Automatic return to scheduled playback
  • No browser microphone studio to configure
03

Clear limits. Room to grow.

Starter includes one station, 10 GB of media storage, three team members, up to 500 simultaneous listeners and 20,000 listener hours per month. Growth increases those allowances across up to three stations.

Music and broadcast licensing is not included. Operators remain responsible for the licences required where they operate and where their listeners are located.

Clear answers.

What is internet radio hosting?

Internet radio hosting receives your station audio and delivers it to listeners online. SGNL also includes the software used to organise media, schedule programmes, automate playback, manage live sources and publish listening links.

Does my computer need to stay on?

Not for scheduled playback or AutoDJ. SGNL runs those parts in the cloud. A presenter only needs their own broadcast setup while they are sending a live programme.

Can I use my existing broadcasting software?

Yes. External software or hardware that can send a compatible Icecast source can be used. SGNL provides connection profiles and monitors the source.

Does SGNL include music licensing?

No. Licensing varies by territory, audience and content. The station operator must arrange the appropriate music, performance and broadcast permissions.
